We had an amazing time at this Retro Motel meets Modern Comfort place! the owners were phenomenal and made us feel right at home. the cleanliness was superb, and the toiletries were of high quality. the retro furnishings added to the ambience, and our efficiency suite had a beautiful updated sink/stove thing that was actually a full kitchen with all the utensils and dishes we needed.
Cons: Nothing that I didn't like. 🤩.

We had the pleasure of staying at a hidden gem in a charming coastal town. The motel was spotlessly clean, and our room had all the amenities we needed. The owner went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and even recommended a fantastic local restaurant. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the town and its attractions. We were even lucky enough to spot a deer in the beautiful garden. we highly recommend this motel for a delightful stay!

As a disabled traveler, I appreciated the accessible amenities at Picket Fence. The patio tables under the apple trees provided a lovely spot to relax outdoors. The front desk lady lighting a candle for the bugs showed thoughtful consideration. Additionally, the staff's helpful advice about local attractions and restaurants was invaluable. The computer and printer in the office were available whenever needed, making it convenient for business or personal use. The clean room and well-appointed facilities, along with the handy recycling box, made for a comfortable and environmentally friendly stay. The motel's great location in town provided a peaceful and quiet atmosphere.
Felt like royalty, no complaints.

We had a fantastic stay at this charming motel on the outskirts of the beautiful town of St Andrews. The rooms were a bit small but incredibly clean and comfortable with comfy beds. The bathroom was spacious and well-equipped. The staff were excellent and very helpful, even going above and beyond to find a lost cell phone. We loved the outdoor seating area and the peaceful surroundings. The motel was conveniently located only a short walk to the main street and town center. a great value for the money.
That there was no microwave in the room, but having a fridge made up for it.

the best motel during our month-long trip through St. Andrews By The Sea. Clean, spacious room with helpful owner providing local recommendations and map. Loved the central outside area with fire pit. Made us consider staying in more motels. Tim Horton's nearby for breakfast. Perfect Valentine's Day stay.
Weird lighting in the room.

Confusing heating system and limited space in the room.
